PAYMENT TERMS
100% due upon contract signing
Full service fee is payable after the service agreement is signed and before service coordination begins. We no longer offer installment payment options.

Secure delivery
Account numbers, PayPal links, and QR codes are sent directly via email or WhatsApp after contract signing. Always verify payment details with our team before transferring.

Medical fees are separate
Hospital and medical fees are paid directly to the hospital. Medex Prime only collects the service coordination fee.
⚠️ Note: Exchange rates and bank/channel processing fees may apply for international transfers. All payments should be made to the official corporate account of Medex Prime (Shanghai) Health Consulting Co., Ltd. We never request payment to personal accounts.
